Bolton (Hoover) Brass Band Launches Our Opening Weekend
More than two years since last performing at Wharton & Cleggs Lane, the Bolton (Hoover) Brass Band launched our opening weekend in rousing style with a programme of well-known music from many different genres. The evening opened with the National Anthem of Ukraine before launching into marches, solos, big band numbers and well-known classics including Delilah, West Side Story, What A Wonderful World and Bring Me Sunshine. The evening raised £325.50 towards church funds. Thank you to everyone who attended or helped to organise the event.
