The graveyard is located on the site of the old church at the end of Wharton Lane in the Greenheys area of Little Hulton. Despite it's remote location, the graveyard is still in use and the church officials ensure the grounds are maintained throughout the year. A church service is held in the graveyard each year, usually during July or August.

The oldest headstones date back to the early 1700's and the stone for two of the earliest Ministers, Rev Valentine and his son Rev Joseph Valentine and their family is displayed alongside the path near the entrance to the graveyard. Also at the entrance to the graveyard is the Foundation stone dated 3rd May 1900 which is the date when the final church building on this site was erected. This building was demolished in 1968 due to mining subsidence.

There are separate areas in the graveyard for traditional burials and ashes burials. If you are interested in purchasing a plot and would like more information, please Contact Us
