Church Services

Everybody is welcome to join us on Sunday mornings at 10.45am for our weekly worship. Our services are traditional in style, and incorporate scripture readings, prayer and a combination of traditional and modern hymns. Most services also include a children’s address, before the young people leave to go to Junior Church. We’re lucky to have a thriving Junior Church, led by our three inspirational teachers, and the Junior Church lead our worship four times each year - Mothers’ Day, Anniversary, Harvest and Nativity.

Worship is followed every Sunday by a ‘brew and a biscuit’, which gives our members a great opportunity to catch up and also for newer members to get to know everyone.

We have a number of special services throughout the year, including our Anniversary Service, Nativity and Carol Service, which is accompanied each year by a brass band.

Music plays an important part in the life of our church, from rousing hymns on Sunday services to regular concerts by local brass bands and choirs.

We love welcoming new people into our church, whether you’re looking for a new place to worship, or if you’re just in the area for a few days, you’re always welcome to join us on a Sunday morning, and of course for a brew afterwards!
